Role DescriptionThis is a part‑time remote role for a Chinese to Dutch AI Trainer. The AI Trainer will be responsible for supporting the development and refinement of AI systems by providing accurate translations, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and annotating linguistic data. The position involves working with cross‑functional teams to ensure high language accuracy and culturally relevant translations. Daily tasks may include language quality checks, AI defects bug verification, and improving language models through feedback and data analysis.
Qualifications- Fluency in both Chinese and Dutch, with excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Experience in translation, editing, and proofreading tasks to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency
- Strong skills in data annotation, linguistic analysis, and usage of AI or language-related tools
- Knowledge of or experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts is a plus
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, and regional language variations in both Chinese and Dutch
- Proficiency in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks in a remote work environment
- Formal education in linguistics, language studies, or a related field is preferred
