We are looking for a Part-Time Japanese Translation Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and cultural appropriateness of our website's Japanese translations, focusing on investment-related content. You will work closely with our content and localization teams to enhance overall translation quality.

• Review and spot-check automated translations of our investment-focused website content into Japanese.
• Ensure translations accurately convey the intended message and are culturally appropriate for Japanese-speaking audiences interested in investing.
• Identify and correct errors in grammar, context, terminology, and especially inaccuracies related to investment concepts.
• Provide feedback on recurring translation issues to help improve our automated translation system.
• Work independently following a flexible working schedule that accommodates academic commitments.
• This is a part-time role- approximately 20 hours per week.

• Native or near-native proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Knowledge of investment concepts and terminology.
• Strong understanding of Japanese culture and language nuances.
• Excellent attention to detail and an ability to identify subtle language discrepancies.
• Basic understanding of website content structure and localization practices.
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• This is a part-time role- approximately 20 hours per week.

The applicable payment range for this position is $25/hr - $35/hr which depends on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
