Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Xtime)
Location: St Louis

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical customer support via phone, email, chat, and other electronic methods to resolve application and product issues
  • Handle routine customer inquiries related to product usage within Xtime support
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and procedures
  • Log all customer information accurately in the CRM tool
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve client concerns
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet individual and business goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Demonstrates strong dependability and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
