• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system to mimic pilot actions during training exercises
• Respond to voice commands from students and input appropriate entries into the automated system
• Translate displayed information into proper air traffic control terminology
• Ensure effective communication with students using appropriate phraseology
• Complete required certifications in classroom and lab settings

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrate basic computer proficiency and the ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
• Ability to speak clearly and be understood
• Experience or familiarity with pilot/controller communications or phraseology is a plus

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
• Effective oral and written communication skills
  
  Working knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
