Work Schedule: US Time Zone (candidate expected to be flexible with the client's preference, typically EST/PST business hours)

Locations: Philippines, LATAM, South Africa, Kenya, and other remote regions with excellent English communication skills

Requirements

• Years of relevant experience (depending on function).
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Relevant technical or functional expertise based on the role:
• Customer Service:
  Problem-solving, empathy, CRM familiarity.
• Admin/Executive Assistance:
  Organization, calendar management, attention to detail.
• Marketing & Communication:
  Content creation, social media, analytics basics.
• Technical Roles:
  Coding, QA, software tools, or engineering knowledge.
• Operations:
  Process improvement, project management, data handling.
