Spanish Senior Language Specialist

• Provide interpretation services to maintain and improve interpreting skills
• Oversee and coach a team of interpreters, delivering feedback based on service observation and customer feedback
• Participate in the development of training programs and professional development sessions
• Support the Quality Management System to enhance processes and increase efficiency
• Resolve interpreter support requests and research customer feedback to ensure high-quality service

• Exceptional language proficiency in both working languages
• L5 or L4 status with a minimum of 1 year of experience with the employer
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to multitask effectively
• Competency in detailed note-taking and strong typing skills with minimal errors

• Advanced education or certification in a language-related field
• Experience in coaching, training, and presenting
• Supervisory experience in a relevant field
• Advanced studies or experience in communicative skills and organizational tasks
