• Provide training and mentorship across teams to standardize best practices
• Engage in global client support and stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution

• Several years of experience in regional or global payroll operations
• Strong understanding of global payroll best practices
• Proficiency in payroll software tools such as SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Experience in managing teams with a hands‑off approach, fostering collaboration
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced international environment
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and process improvements
