• Monitor training effectiveness using performance metrics and address gaps swiftly
• Collaborate with coaches and instructional design teams to continuously improve training curriculum

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 1+ year of hands‑on Facets claim processing experience
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate training in classroom and/or virtual settings
• Strong knowledge of the Facets claims processing platform and related products
• Proven analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and take timely action

• Experience supporting or developing training curriculum or instructional materials
• Demonstrated success in coaching or developing others in a technical or operational environment
• Ability to identify individual strengths and adapt coaching approaches accordingly
