• Respond promptly to interpreting sessions and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and enunciation
• Remain calm and professional during interpreting sessions, even in emergency situations
• Follow client instructions and understand protocol and terminology for various industries

• Fluency in Quichua and English, with knowledge of cultural dynamics
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Education or work experience in language-related fields preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read and write in the requested languages
• Experience in teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation
• Adaptability to new technology enhancements
