• Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications.
• Specialize in automotive drivetrain systems, providing expert assistance on domestic vehicle repairs.
• Participate in an initial training program designed to equip you with essential skills for remote support.
• Access the latest technical data and repair strategies, collaborating with fellow consultants.
• Maintain a reliable schedule to manage time-sensitive queues effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct interaction with customers.

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong typing skills.
