Une entreprise de services de santé recherche un Spécialiste bilingue du soutien aux patients pour fournir un soutien de qualité aux patients et aux professionnels de santé. Ce poste nécessite la gestion d'appels entrants, la fourniture d'informations sur l'assurance santé et l'assistance administrative. Le candidat idéal doit être bilingue en français et en anglais, avec de solides compétences en communication et au moins un an d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.

Le travail se fait en télétravail pendant des horaires rotatifs de 9 h à 21 h.
