We are seeking experienced interpreters to join our network as
** independent contractors (1099) for the following languages:**
* ** Arabic English**
* ** Cantonese English**

* ** Nepali English**

** This position offers complete
** flexibility**—you can log in and take calls whenever you're available, with no required minimum or maximum hours. Compensation is based on
** active interpretation minutes**.
** Responsibilities
* ** Provide professional
** consecutive over-the-phone interpretation
** between
** English and the target language.
*** Facilitate clear, accurate, and impartial communication across various industries.
* Adhere to industry standards, confidentiality protocols, and ethical interpreting practices.
* Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and limited-English proficient (LEP) individuals.
** Requirements**
* ** At least 6 months of professional OPI experience** (required) Knowledge of
** OPI interpreting protocols and formal training** (greetings, confidentiality, turn-taking)
* ** Strong
* *** English proficiency** (clear pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills)
** Reliable equipment**:
* Computer (Windows 10 or 11 preferred)
* USB headset (Bluetooth headsets not allowed)
* Stable internet connection
