Technical Support
As a Solutions Engineer at Quantum Metric, you will be responsible for providing world‑class pre‑sales technical support to the sales team. Working directly with customers you will be the subject‑matter expert on customer experience management and Quantum Metric. You will deliver product demonstrations that directly address customer pain and emphasize Quantum Metric's industry‑leading CXM solutions. During the sales cycle you will lead proofs of concept in the customer's production environment.
Responsibilities- Pre‑sales technical consultant
- Developing product demonstrations and proofs of concept
- Formulate technical account strategy in partnership with Account Executives
- Write white papers, build online help, author training guides, and perform other tasks as needed in a start‑up environment; ability to work in a fast‑paced, continually evolving setting
- Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of analytical tools such as Adobe and Google Analytics
- Use client‑side web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, React, Angular, Ember, Meteor, etc.) to build and showcase solutions; 3–5+ years of experience required
- Apply understanding of website frameworks, components, and concepts
- Communicate and present with excellent clarity and confidence
- Show passion for technical sales and customer engagement
- Be ambitious, self‑motivated, and possess high emotional IQ, especially in a largely remote role
- Manage multiple customer‑facing POCs and other time‑sensitive activities concurrently
- Coachable, eager to grow professionally
- Background in start‑up settings is a plus
- Experience with remote work is a plus
- Experience or understanding of native/hybrid mobile apps is a plus
- Experience with other CXM vendors is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Basic knowledge of analytical tools such as Adobe and Google Analytics
- 3–5+ years of experience with at least one client‑side web technology: HTML, JavaScript, React, Angular, Ember, Meteor, etc.
- Strong knowledge of website frameworks, components, and concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about technical sales and working with customers
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, with high emotional IQ suitable for a largely remote role
- Capable of handling multiple POCs and time‑sensitive tasks concurrently
- Highly coachable, eager to improve and grow
- Start‑up background, remote experience, mobile app knowledge, or other CXM vendor exposure are advantageous
