Global Impact Group LLC is seeking Court-Ready Interpreters with proficiency in both consecutive and simultaneous modes for contingency hire, pending contract award. The selected candidates will support judicial proceedings, law enforcement interviews, depositions, and debriefings, providing linguistically and culturally accurate interpretation services either on-site or remotely via secure platforms. Assignments will involve high-stakes legal settings where precision, neutrality, and professionalism are paramount.

• Provide accurate, unbiased interpretation services during courtroom proceedings, administrative hearings, attorney-client meetings, and investigative interviews.
• Interpret consecutively and simultaneously based on the needs of the legal proceeding.
• Ensure all communications are conveyed with legal and linguistic accuracy, maintaining speaker intent and tone.
• Adhere to all court protocols, confidentiality standards, and ethical codes of conduct for interpreters.
• Accurately relay legal terminology, idiomatic expressions, and culturally specific references.
• Maintain detailed records of assignments and participate in debriefings when required.
• Travel as needed for on-site assignments or provide remote interpretation via secure VRI/telephonic platforms.

• State or Federal Court Interpreter Certification (or equivalent credential recognized by a U.S. court system).
• Minimum two years of experience providing interpretation in courtrooms, legal depositions, or law enforcement environments.
• Proven proficiency in both consecutive and simultaneous interpretation techniques.
• Strong familiarity with legal procedures, courtroom terminology, and confidentiality obligations.
• Ability to remain impartial, composed, and professional in high-pressure legal settings.

• Assignment-based needs vary and may include:
• Spanish
• Arabic
• Mandarin
• Russian
• Haitian Creole
• Farsi
• French
• Vietnamese
• Pashto
• American Sign Language (ASL)
• Other languages as determined by contract and case requirements

• Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) certification for ASL interpreters.
• Familiarity with DEA, DOJ, or immigration court procedures.
• Experience using remote interpreting platforms (e.g., VRI, OPI) with secure login and confidentiality protocols.

• Employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of required background screenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible to obtain any required clearances.
• Flexibility to accept short-notice or travel-based assignments is a plus.
