- Provide solutions to customer issues within an assigned region through remote diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting
- Take ownership of escalated customer issues and drive them to resolution, including potential site visits
- Conduct training for the Customer Care and Sales organization on product lines and applications
- Perform detailed analysis of field situations based on customer input and develop customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to enhance the overall customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical area preferred, or equivalent technical and product support experience
- 5+ years of experience in the safety and security industry, including locksmith and product installation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Customer-centric attitude with experience in handling unique customer needs
- Advanced knowledge of electronic and mechanical door hardware and troubleshooting skills
- Advanced knowledge of Allegion products and competitor offerings
- Experience with electronic access control systems
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with building codes and industry standards
