• Provide solutions to customer issues within an assigned region through remote diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting
• Take ownership of escalated customer issues and drive them to resolution, including potential site visits
• Conduct training for the Customer Care and Sales organization on product lines and applications
• Perform detailed analysis of field situations based on customer input and develop customized solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to enhance the overall customer experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical area preferred, or equivalent technical and product support experience
• 5+ years of experience in the safety and security industry, including locksmith and product installation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Customer-centric attitude with experience in handling unique customer needs
• Advanced knowledge of electronic and mechanical door hardware and troubleshooting skills

• Advanced knowledge of Allegion products and competitor offerings
• Experience with electronic access control systems
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards
