We offer strong expertise in medical interpretation through both Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services, ensuring seamless and accurate communication within the healthcare sector.

This is a full‑time remote position as an English‑Korean Medical Interpreter in a blended (OPI & VRI) environment. The medical interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video between English and Korean in medical settings. The role involves facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care.

• Medical calls interpretation skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Korean
• Remote interpretation experience in both languages is preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field
• HIPAA compliance

• Ethernet connection (must be connected directly to the router via cable);
  Wi‑Fi is not allowed
• Noise‑canceling microphone and USB headset.
• Browser:

• Processor:
  i5or higher, 6th generation or newer
• Camera:
  Minimum resolution of 1080p
• Full‑time availability, 5 days a week (2 days off)
