• Manage the entire customer journey, fostering long-term partnerships with a focus on payroll services
• Oversee client retention and expansion within payroll products and services
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities while managing product promotions and campaigns
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues related to the Global Payroll product

• Extensive experience in Customer Success Management or account management roles within the international Payroll/HR tech space
• Solid knowledge of Global Payroll and HR Tech software and tools
• Proven track record of onboarding, growing, retaining, and developing customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously

• Familiarity with the operations of global organizations and start‑ups
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Understanding of remote working dynamics
