Job Overview

micro1 is hiring native-level bilingual speakers for Project Lexicon
, a Voice AI Training initiative supporting the development of next-generation language and speech recognition models.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, natural voice recordings in English and one additional language
, demonstrating authentic regional accents
. These recordings will be used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems for one of our key enterprise clients.

Required Language Combination

Candidates must be native or native-level fluent in English and at least one of the following languages
:

  • Korean
  • German
  • Polish
  • Russian
  • Turkish
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Record a short bilingual audio sample:
  • ~20 seconds in English
  • ~20 seconds in the second language
  • Speak naturally on everyday topics such as hobbies, profession, daily life, or weather.
  • Demonstrate native-level pronunciation, rhythm, and regional accent in both languages.
  • Follow all audio quality and recording guidelines strictly, as submissions will be client-reviewed.
  • Select the correct language and regional locale (e.g., English US/UK, Korean KR, German DE, Polish PL, Russian RU, Turkish TR) during screening.
  • Language & Accent Requirements
  • Native or native-level fluency in English and one required language is mandatory.
  • Accent must sound as if the speaker was born and raised in the region
    .
  • Candidates with correct language skills but non-native or neutralized accents must make a strong effort to demonstrate regional authenticity.
  • Language teachers or advanced speakers without native accent authenticity may not be suitable.
