- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the cultures of both languages. Proficiency in both Oromo and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and availability for freelance assignments., Minimum of one year's experience.
- Qualifications related to interpreting or translation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Translation or Interpretation.
- A PhD or Doctorate in Linguistics.
- Certificate of Higher Education.
