Freelance Part time QA Tester; PST time zone - Portuguese

Hogarth, a global content production company that partners with more than half of the world’s top 100 brands, is looking for a part‑time, freelance Quality Assurance Tester to support exciting seasonal marketing campaigns. The role is remote, with an average of 341 hours per year (approximately 31 hours per month) and peak demand of 50‑75 hours in November and December.

This position requires a self‑starter who can troubleshoot across web, mobile apps and other platforms, manage multiple tasks, and produce concise and clear bug reports for engineering teams.

• Interpret test requirements and implement technical instructions for content validation.
• Execute test cases from scripts to validate content staged for publication in staging, pre‑live and live environments.
• Conduct content validation across multiple platforms (web, mobile app, travel, etc.).
• Install and utilize technical tools needed for the testing/validation workflow.
• Identify, reproduce, and capture bugs for fix tickets, assessing severity and importance of each issue.
• Escalate inquiries with clear and concise communication.
• Maintain a malfunction log and confirm debugging completion.
• Learn and master testing platforms independently to ensure smooth operation during testing activities.

• Based in the US and able to work in Pacific Standard Time.
• Willing to flex hours, including nights and weekends, to support global campaigns.
• Navigate through ambiguity and make independent decisions.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure with critical thinking.
• Self‑starter with a quick ramp‑up in a high‑tech environment.
• Passion for perfection and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent at writing concise fix tickets for engineering replication.
• Previous experience in dynamic, fluid environments.
• Ability to transcribe discovered issues using concise technical language.
• Track record of minimal supervision during testing activities.

• Experience testing across web, mobile apps, etc.

• Background as a tester/validator in any testing category/field.
• Experience interpreting test scripts and implementing real‑time instructions.
• Experience in a crossра culture, multi‑national organization.

• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule within business hours for project validation.
• May need to work outside core hours, including weekends and night hours.
• Must have at least two iOS devices from 2016 or newer, including a Mac.
• 100% work from home.
