Language Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Language Specialist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. In this role you will need to hold an expert level of linguistics. You will have conversations in both Korean and English with chatbots to measure progress, and write novel conversations to teach them what to say.

• Full‑time or part‑time remote position

• Paid hourly starting at $25+ USD with bonuses for high quality and high volume work

• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

• Fluency in English and Korean
• Detail‑oriented
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed) is preferred but not required

• Payment via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal handles any currency conversions from USD.
