• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use of complex software products and services
• Conduct on‑site and remote training sessions for Motorola Flex software and designated third‑party software
• Present training utilizing various methods, including lectures and online projections
• Complete department‑required reports within established standards
• Manage communication with customer contacts regarding training schedules

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex Product
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check due to working in high‑security areas
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contracts

• Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
