Customer Education Specialist - Flex; US Remote

• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use of complex software products and services
• Conduct on‑site and remote training sessions for Motorola Flex software and designated third‑party software
• Present training using various methods such as lectures, flip charts, and online projections
• Manage communication with customer contacts regarding training schedules
• Complete department‑required reports within set standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check due to working in high security areas
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance for government contracts

• Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
