Summary:

The Site Technology Professional is primarily responsible for providing on‑site installation support and maintenance of installation once completed. The Site Technology Professional will work closely with customers and construction managers to provide them with knowledge on what product would best suit their project needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing service and customer support during field visits or deployments.
• Technical leadership in the design and application of company best practices, ability to evaluate and optimize customer deployment plans.
• Technical support for all on‑site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Providing pre‑sales technical assistance and product education.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions, report on any manufacturing issues.
• Contribute to new business within the US market, assist and identify new opportunities with the sales team on existing and new accounts.
• Build positive relationships with customers, construction managers, and field staff.
• Work with sales teams to build strong customer relationships and deliver world‑class service.
• Work closely with the management, product, and field services team to help deliver the world‑class service that the company provides to our customers.
• Ability to travel almost weekly across the US.

Requirements and

Qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Understanding of HDPE and Fiber material handling, jetting, splicing, tools, and procedures.
• Ability to evaluate and certify construction team members, make reports, and provide feedback to construction teams and management.
• Experience with cable and fiber unit HDPE Air Blown/Jetting methods.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Experience in underground construction operations, maintenance, or planning.
• Knowledge of deployment methods: directional drilling, trenching, fiber material and duct placement, handling, and fabrication, cutting, waterproofing.
• Previous Aerial or Indoor MDU experience is a bonus.
• Self‑starter, efficient, organized, and able to produce high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work with customers in different settings.
• Great communication and people skills.
