• Calculate and code offsets and adjusted LTD benefits in Navigator
• Communicate over payment amounts to Plan Members with clear explanations
• Negotiate repayment plans for over payments and follow up with Plan Members
• Collaborate with Case Management teams to enhance financial results
• Prioritize work effectively during peak times with team collaboration

• Fully bilingual in French and English to support clients from diverse jurisdictions
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver difficult messages empathetically
• Proficient math skills and comfort with Office 365, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities

• Experience with Navigator is an asset
• Familiarity with disability benefit calculations is helpful
• Openness to change and continuous improvement
