After Sales Specialist

Location: Fiorenzuola d'Arda

We are looking for an After Sales Specialist to join our After Sales team in Fiorenzuola d’Arda. Acting as the main point of contact for customers for all post‑shipment activities, this role requires a strong ability to manage non‑conformities, change orders, technical support requests and all aftermarket needs.

You will coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Sales and Project Management teams to ensure effective issue resolution while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. This position combines operational activity with a project‑management‑oriented approach, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to balance technical and commercial  This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Manage customer complaints related to delivered products and coordinate internal processing of non‑conformities.

Receive and process technical support requests

Handle customer requests for modifications, upgrades and change orders on existing products.

Coordinate product recalls when required.

Prioritize and manage multiple activities in parallel, ensuring timely completion.

Act as a Project Manager for all post‑shipment activities, balancing costs, timing, quality and risks from request opening to closure.

Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to provide complete and effective solutions.

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, primarily via email and phone.

You are customer‑focused, organized and able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks. You collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, communicate clearly and strive to exceed customer expectations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas or manufacturing industries.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Intermediate English level.

Experience in handling non‑conformities or change orders.

Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience in After Sales, Project Management, Engineering or Sales Support.

ERP systems knowledge; SAP is a plus.

Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
