Spanish Translation / Transcreation Consultant

Local candidates only. This role requires onsite work Monday‑Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. No exceptions.

Provide English‑to‑Spanish language translation and marketing transcreation services, along with proofreading and editing support. Work will include a variety of content types such as marketing collateral, text messages, social media posts, crisis communications, educational materials, and video translations for subtitles or voice replacement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Translation (English ⇠ Spanish), Communications, or Spanish
• Minimum of 5 years of experience translating and transcreating sales and marketing materials, including crisis communications
• Hands‑on experience with Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools such as SDL Trados and terminology glossaries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong ability to collaborate within a team while managing multiple projects, channels, and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility to adapt to urgent requests, crisis situations, or process changes
