Job Overview

We are currently hiring Remote Video Interpreters to facilitate conversations between English speakers and Mandarin speakers across healthcare insurance and legal domains. This is a fully remote hourly-paid position that does not require prior experience just excellent language skills a professional setup and willingness to learn.

• Provide consecutive interpretation via video in English to Mandarin
• Interpret live conversations with accuracy, neutrality and clarity
• Follow confidentiality protocols and ethical guidelines
• Adapt to various subject matters including healthcare insurance and legal terminology
• Attend virtual training and ongoing skill development sessions

• Fluent in Mandarin
• Fluent in English
• Full-time availability Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM EST
• Own a PC / Laptop with Intel i5 processor and minimum 8 GB RAM
• Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Prior experience in interpreting customer service or call center environments
• Familiarity with medical legal or insurance terminology
