• Perform advanced wind turbine remote operations and support, including troubleshooting and data entry into company systems
• Gather information remotely regarding turbine performance and implement solutions for equipment issues
• Follow structured problem‑solving processes for troubleshooting tasks using remote diagnostic tools
• Promote a strong team environment by mentoring junior staff and assisting teammates in achieving goals
• Interface with customers, providing strong customer service and managing inquiries effectively

• Minimum one (1) year of technical experience in the wind industry or three (3) years of experience with hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical skills
• Technical Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of intermediate IT tools
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Prior customer relations experience in a commercial setting
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical language and differentiate technical issues
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools related to wind turbine operations
