• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience, including 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven track record of using data to inspire action
• Strong business knowledge and consultative, results-focused approach
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification
• Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years of experience leading product management teams or related functions
• Demonstrated experience in shaping company culture and fostering inclusivity
