• Identify and present client growth opportunities, ensuring successful implementation
• Participate in the renewal process, including negotiations and policy changes

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• BA/BS degree (preferred)
• Relevant experience in Life/Accident/Disability/Leave
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use technology and online tools effectively
• Ability to travel domestically and overnight up to 30%

• Relevant licenses in the insurance field
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• A customer-focused approach with organizational agility and problem-solving ability
• Experience mentoring others and contributing to process improvements
