• Interact with clients daily, developing and maintaining strong relationships
• Prepare applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new business and renewals
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers
• Collaborate with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients
• Oversee and direct daily activities of Account Coordinators, Managers, and Executives

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Personal Lines and High Net Worth Account/Client Management
• P&C Insurance License required upon hire
• Experience with agency management systems/CRM; familiarity with Epic is a plus
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel with strong written and verbal communication skills

• CIC, CPCU, or other P&C designations preferred
• Familiarity with major markets such as AIG, Chubb/ACE, and PURE
• Experience working in a retail brokerage or independent agency
• Proven self-motivation and professionalism in client interactions
• Ability to handle complex accounts with multifaceted coverages
