Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Insurance Broker based in Cheshire, CT, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for assisting clients with insurance selection, providing tailored financial advice, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Daily responsibilities include managing insurance portfolios, advising clients on risk management, supporting retirement planning, and delivering excellent customer service to address client needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance Brokerage and a strong understanding of insurance products and policies
• Knowledge of Finance and Retirement Planning to guide clients toward achieving long‑term security
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and provide personalized support
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site and remote responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as a valid Insurance Producer license are advantageous
