Insurance Advisor

Insurance Supermarket was founded in Canada 18 years ago and has since expanded across North America. In the U.S., we operate with a virtual call center model, meaning all of our licensed advisors work remotely from home in a full-time, W2 position.

We provide 100% inbound leads via qualified live transfers so you're speaking only with clients who are ready to discuss life insurance. Our focus is on Final Expense and Guaranteed Issue products.

• Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EST or 11-8 EST
• Starting pay: $18/hour with the potential to reach $30/hour based on quarterly performance metrics.
• Monthly performance bonuses that can bring you into the six-figure range.
• Commission: 10–40% of total annual premiums.
• Residuals:
  Paid after 6 months, with no cancellation chargebacks.

• Knowledge and experience in Insurance, including insurance products, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of Finance principles and the ability to provide tailored financial advisory services.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Skills in Insurance Brokerage and the ability to analyze and recommend competitive coverage options.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.
• Familiarity with remote working technology and tools is a plus.
• Experience or certification in the insurance and financial services industry is preferred.
