• Review applications and financial requirements to assess risk acceptability in line with company guidelines
• Manage an assigned portfolio to achieve premium, profitability, and retention goals
• Build and maintain relationships with producers to enhance sales performance
• Utilize underwriting tools to conduct thorough account reviews and documentation
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with other underwriters for comprehensive solutions

• Minimum of 3 years of related underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of underwriting processes, coverages, and decision-making tools
• Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
• Experience in identifying customer needs and negotiating solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with  and other sales tools
• Familiarity with a variety of industries such as Manufacturing, Financial Institutions, and Technology
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving growth targets
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and demonstrate innovative thinking
• Experience in a collaborative team environment
