• Strategize, build, and implement product plans for California property insurance, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure wildfire mitigation programs are operationally scalable
• Actively influence state policy and regulatory discussions related to wildfire risk and insurability
• Represent the employer in public forums and trade associations to promote property insurance solutions
• Supervise product performance and oversee product development for assigned markets

• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related functions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations
• In-depth product management expertise and understanding of financial drivers of profitability

• Demonstrated leadership in shaping company culture and supporting employee resource groups
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior-level internal and external parties
• Experience in change management concepts and practices
• Willingness to travel for team meetings and relationship-building opportunities
• Ownership mindset that extends beyond individual areas of responsibility
