Long Term Care Claim Specialist

• Evaluate and manage Long Term Care claims throughout the claim lifecycle
• Gather, analyze, and document claim information to determine eligibility and benefit payments
• Maintain strong relationships and communication with claimants, employers, and medical professionals
• Document claim actions and communicate determinations and status updates clearly
• Ensure compliance with ERISA and applicable federal/state regulations

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and regulations for accurate claim decisions
• Strong customer service and communication skills for interactions with claimants and stakeholders
• Ability to apply analytical thinking and decision-making skills in managing claims
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change
• Proficiency in basic medical terminology, Microsoft Office, and internal systems

• College degree or equivalent industry experience
• Skills in Long Term Care claims adjudication and analysis
