• Act as a designated Field resource to support Sales Representatives and the Client Management team
• Manage RFP Inventory and Quote Process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Negotiate rates and approvals with Underwriting while collaborating with Sales Representatives
• Build strong relationships with underwriting, brokers, and their staff to meet customer needs
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on various employer systems and procedures

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of group insurance experience processing RFP preferred
• Knowledge of group insurance products and underwriting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience working with and addressing the needs of a field sales organization in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce
