• Provide insurance recommendations, quotes, and issue policies

• Complete daily assignments, including online courses and role plays, to meet program success standards
• Adhere to employer's policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism in the workplace

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Retail, or Banking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling 30-40 inbound calls daily
• Capability to maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships
• Strong independent and team-working abilities
• High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

• Inbound sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is advantageous
