• Underwrite new and renewal business for life sciences accounts across multiple lines of coverage
• Assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions in line with company guidelines
• Communicate coverage options and recommendations during the quoting process
• Maintain proactive communication with agents to foster trust and confidence
• Collaborate with colleagues to address complex issues and support agency management

• Minimum of 5 years of underwriting experience in small or middle market Life Sciences
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty coverages and underwriting principles
• Experience with Professional Lines, Cyber, and Products Liability is highly desired
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to negotiate and close accounts

• Experience in underwriting multiple lines of coverage, including products, professional, and cyber
• High level of responsiveness and commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Proven ability to evaluate risk and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with marketing and business development in an agency setting
