What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop and implement product plans while ensuring compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience, including 5 years in personal lines P&C insurance
  • Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability

  • Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or Actuarial designations
