What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage lower-level, non-complex workers’ compensation claims under close supervision
  • Confirm policy coverage and determine the validity and compensability of claims
  • Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority limits
  • Communicate claim status effectively with customers, claimants, and clients
  • Assist other claims professionals with more complex claims as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industry and claims management preferred
  • State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office

  • Experience in managing workers’ compensation claims
  • Familiarity with claims review processes and client guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar remote work environment
