• Quote and bind new personal and commercial lines policies.
• Clearly explain coverage differences so clients feel confident in their decisions.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and educate clients on additional coverage needs.
• Support clients through onboarding, policy reviews, and renewal conversations.
• Document activity in the agency management system.
• Stay current on carrier offerings, underwriting guidelines and insurance trends.
• Maintain all licensing, compliance and ethical standards.
• Participate in agency meetings, trainings and local community events.

• Oregon Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
• Prior sales, customer service, business development and insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, follow‑through and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn quoting systems and agency software.
• Professional, ethical and committed to doing the right thing for clients.
