• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Group Benefits underwriting experience
• Proven success in developing and maintaining relationships with business partners
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities

• High energy self‑starter with resilience and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of delivering successful outcomes
