Position Details

Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster – Seattle, WA

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service while promptly and accurately settling Auto Damage claims.
  • Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and evidence documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve claim issues.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License (required)
  • Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines for the past 3 consecutive yearsand the required state and federal certifications.
  • Willingness to be flexible with primary work location – remote, field, or in‑office as needed.
  • Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Effective attention to detail and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Salary

Annual Salary Range: $36.63 – $57.49 per year. Actual compensation reflects scope of role, experience, education, market, and business considerations. GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
