Schueller Insurance Group is seeking an Outside Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing elite agencies in the country! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. Responsibilities
  • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
  • Ensure that the sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects
  • Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
  • Responsible for accurate underwriting.
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
Requirement

Licensing:
Active NJ Life & Health or Property & Casualty License is desired.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales or insurance-related roles is advantageous.

Communication

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Persistence:
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and persuasively communicate with clients.

Team

Collaboration:

Must be proactive and work collaboratively with teams to achieve sales goals.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is beneficial.
