- Recommend personalized insurance solutions tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Prior experience in a captive agency environment Allstate preferred
- Proven sales performance must be verifiable
- Proven and minimum 1 year successful Remote Work Experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a positive attitude
- Self-disciplined and dependable
