• 3+ years of Group Benefits underwriting experience

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities

• High energy self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive results
• Superior technical knowledge in underwriting processes and decision‑making
