This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, based in Ontario and Nova Scotia. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying client needs, proposing tailored insurance solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction with insurance solutions. Some flexibility to work from home is available in this role alongside in-office requirements.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Experience working with Life, Disability, Group Benefits, Automobile, Property, or Commercial insurance is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and documentation
• Familiarity with using technology and software to manage client accounts and workflows
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Licensed insurance professional or willingness to obtain required licensing (e.g., RIBO licensed)
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset
