Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Broker based in Alliston, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client insurance needs, sourcing appropriate insurance products, and providing personalized service. The role involves preparing insurance proposals, processing applications, advising clients on coverage options, assisting with claims, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.

Customer satisfaction and high-quality service are core to this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Insurance Brokerage, including knowledge of insurance policies and products
  • Proficiency in Insurance and Finance principles with a focus on understanding financial planning
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to foster long-term client relationships
  • Experience or knowledge in Retirement Planning and providing tailored client solutions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license
  • Proficiency in computer systems and industry-specific software
  • Previous industry experience and knowledge of Ontario's insurance market is an asset
